The “W” Rome Hotel*****
W Hotel Guest Room

Historic palazzo on the outside, a bold interpretation of luxury inside, W Rome celebrates the Italian attitude and captures the energy of the Eternal City. With its 162 rooms and suites, design twist and vibrant experiences, the hotel marks the W Hotels’ entry to the scene in an unapologetically Italian way. Head chef Ciccio Sultano shakes up the city’s foodie scene, with authentic Sicilian cooking served at Giano Restaurant, while fitness athlete Pietro Boselli is at the helm of the first FUEL X Petra Studio training programme. Loaded with Roman vitality yet dismantling the norm, W Rome has something for everyone, whether it be a sweet retreat at Zucchero x Fabrizio Fiorani, a cocktail with upbeat music at W Lounge or live entertainment at Giardino Clandestino. On the upper floor, striking views of the city make Otto Rooftop Bar and WET Deck even more exceptional. Owning the Eternal City mindset, W Rome calls out the past, present and future to remix tradition and defy boundaries.

Marco Simone Golf  Course, par 72, 6674 Meters

Extraordinarily modelled in the corner of the Roman countryside around the millenary tower of Marco Simone Castle with the view of St. Peter’s Dome and just a few km away from the center of Rome.

Considered one of the most prestigious golf course in Italy, Marco Simone Golf Club, home of the 2023 Ryder Cup, is a must play if your are planning a golf vacation in “The Eternal City”.
The club will be the third venue in continental Europe to host the tournament, following 1997 host Club de Golf Valderrama in Spain and Le Golf National in France, which will host the tournament in 2018.
Italy was selected on December 2015 ahead of Austria, Germany and Spain to host the 44th edition of the tournament, with the decision being made by a Bid Evaluation Committee comprised of representatives from the European Tour and the Ryder Cup.
Located just 11 miles from downtown Rome, the course, designed by architect Jim Fazio, has been opened in 1989.

The  course has been completely renewed to host the Ryder Cup in 2023, The different starting tees provided (4 for men and 3 for women) allow all players to play the course from the most appropriate length, making Marco Simone’s experience special and motivating for all.
The course unfolds in an exceptionally large area, giving the players who compete on Marco Simone’s golf course a real sense of freedom. The design winds through the undulating hills of the Roman countryside, with the Castello di Marco Simone backdropping numerous holes. To render the experience more exciting, the holes of the Resort path have been extended and enriched with new bunkers.
Thanks to the many starting tees, the new route adapts to players of all levels.

What to do in Rome

The Italian capital is one of the world’s most famous cities, maybe even history’s most famous, so finding a veritable treasure trove of excitement and attractions here is no great shock. It would be weirder if Rome wasn’t home to vast archaeological treasures, iconic art collections and cultural heritage on every corner. Still, the Eternal City doesn’t disappoint, and the best things to do in Rome are some of the very best on the planet.

History headlines but does not dominate. Partygoers will find all sorts of excitement in the city’s clubs rooftop bars and wider nightlife, while bargain hunters can look forward to some of the most fascinating markets on the continent. Also, did someone say gelato? Yeah, plenty of that as well. There is no end of things to do in Rome, but these are the best of the best.
